Materials of the hexagon honeycomb packing(inclined tubular packing) are PP,PVC and ethylene-propylene copolymer,both inclined and straight tube form.

The inclined tube was a widest water treatment accessories for water and drain engineering nearly a decade.Applying to various sedimentation and desanding.Otherwise,applying to new and old engineering.

The straight tube was used for bacteria carrier of high load,tower, under-water biological filter(contact oxidation pond) and biological turntable,for organic waste water of industry and sewage.

• Inclined:
• 1. Large wetted perimeter,small hydraulic radius.
• 2. In perfect order of laminar flow, sedimentation not be influenced by turbulent flow.
• 3. The conditions of the best drainage water quality: one metre length inclined tube,effective load is 3-5t/m²h and V0 between 2.5 and 3.0mm/s.

• 1. More efficient than activated sludge process,the hydraulic load is 100-200m³/m²d,the organic load is 2000-5000g/m3,so the area is small.
• 2. Can reduce power consumption and simplify management when aeration strength is lower than activated sludge process and no sludge reflux.
• 3. Little sludge.
• 4. Settle fastly is favorable to reducing suspension.
• 5. Can adapt different water quality and quantity,maintain steady treatment effect.
