Dissolved gas flotation pressure on the Clean Water Act is a new water treatment technology,The dissolved gas is released from the water and micro-bubbles in water use adhesion with solid impurities in the care of bubbles floating to solid-liquid separation quickly,and improve concentration level.

A movement spring in the TJ series releaser is drived to work(transmission through water- ejector and vacuum-puming pipe) by the pressure of the pump. Opening the gate at the back of water-ejector when the impurities has pluged the gas.

The vibration tray maintain the gap with the fixed tray at the best working conditions due to the spring pressure was fixed disk with the best working conditions to maintain the gap.Two materials of stainless steel and copper be used to prevent corrosion from the wastewater.

- After the elimination of big impurities can still use this:
- 1. Firstly,putting pressure on the gas and water mixture to clean the impurities in the pipe,and then fix on the dissolved gas main pipe to the branch pipe and TV-dissolved gas releaser;
- 2. Installation should be maintained for the releaser’s position of non-tilted;
- 3. Corrosion-resistant rubber and the compressed air branch pipes should be connected tightly;
- 4. TV-dissolved gas releaser shouldn’t be installed on the contrary.
