>Characteristic
- 1.Soft pipy aerator that pores around made of fibre reinforced plastic.
- 2.Pores opening when aeration,hoses are flat due to hydraulic pressure if no aeration,can avoid sludge refluence.
- 3.Only 2mm thick the hose is,reducing the loss of pressure.
- 4.Slick surface exclusive from microorganisms on it.
- 5.Install easily,acid-alkali resistance and cheap.
>Design Basis
- 1.Technical parameter:air flow,3m³/m·h，oxygen utilization rate,12%.
- 2.About 300-500mm above the bottom is hoses,500mm long between each other.
- 3.Many hoses equip with an air pipe of big diameter,controlled by valve.
- 4.May be add measure of discharging sludge in activated sludge process,especially in SBR.
